Automated line for manufacturing stainless steel drums with 0,4-0,7mm thickness  in three sizes
It performs following tasks, starting with sheet metal plates cut to nominal size:
- vacuum operated pick and place unit
- bending with 4 rolls bending machine
- longitudinal resistance welding of the cylinder, with rolls
- bottom pressing and spot welding
- placing parts in automatic transfer unit
- circular resistance welding of the cylinder and bottom, with rolls
- hydraulic edges beading
Production rate is 100 units/hour.
The entire line uses only one operator.
